The truth is that I'm a demanding customer, and they did not have to make a deal with me, but I feel like they appreciated the fact that I was ready to buy and knew exactly what I was looking for. That was the only "sales pitch". Absolutely no pressure! We walked through the ES 350 inventory (57 cars) and helped me find the exact car I wanted. In addition to Spenser, the sales manager, Robert Ross, was very transparent when it came down to negotiating a final price. The finance manager, Devin Teixeira, was dynamite. Devin was also totally transparent with the lease options, and walked me through them to get the best fit for me.
