We were having our car serviced and went into the showroom just to look at the newer vehicles when Robert Williams walked up to us and asked if we needed any help? To our surprise when we sat down to talk to him they had just received a shipment of new 2014 Lexus 350's and had the color that we really liked available. We were going to wait until the end of the year, but when we heard this from Robert we were amazed at all of the new features that were in the 2014 models. Robert worked very hard to get us the best deal possible that could work within our budget. He transferred the plates, made sure car the was cleaned, had a full tank of gas and that all of our possessions in our car were transferred into our new vehicle (In the freezing cold). Plus he was very knowledgeable about all the new features of the 2014 models and went through every one of them with us. Love that they have the blind spot lights in the mirrors, automatic lights at night and are compatible with my I phone. He was such a pleasure and made our experience very enjoyable. I am SO happy with the service I received at Lexus of Sharon. They not only provided valet-service and picked up my car from my home for it's 20,000 oil change but they also buffed out and touch-up pain Sharon. Alex Guia was very professional, upfront, honest, during the purchasing process, Alex was very helpful in having damage repaired to the passenger side of my LS 460 L . Herb chambers even supplied me with a loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired for final sale. I had my doubts about the repairs, but when I arrived to pick up the car it looked amazing! He kept his word, and the dealership did a great job with the repairs, you couldn't even tell they were ever damaged.
