Amazing service –Excellent follow up. I walked into the dealership and did not know what to expect. I was in the market to change my BMW to different SUV, but did not know what to get and I walked into the dealership and did not know what to expect. He was so professional and patient with us. Answered all our questions no matter how simple or complicated they are. He tried to find the Right car for me, and He truly did. I love my new RX350. Vitor and his sales Manager worked with my husband on the deal and truly did go above and Beyond. The service did not even stop here, Vitor introduced us to the financial Department he even stayed with us after his business hours to make sure we all set. Sanjay at the Financial Department, was simply amazing. He knew every single option out there, and truly worked with my husband to make sure we had the right option for us. He was very thoughtful and explained everything to us. He even stayed after his business hours, and followed up with us on all the paper work. Vitor took care of all the licenses, he even delivered the car to my business address and followed up with us days after I had my car to make sure I did not have any questions. Just bought a 2015 RX 350 While not in the market for a Lexus, my wife and I drove past the Sharon Lexus dealership and decided to take a U-turn to see what Lexus is all about. While not in the market for a Lexus, my wife and I drove past the Sharon Lexus dealership and decided to take a U-turn to see what Lexus is all about. We currently own Mercedes R 350, BMW 335 Xi, and BMW Z 4 and have been very happy Mercedes/BMW customers for 15 years. Well, we were greeted at the dealership by Jamal Mitchell who made us feel welcome by providing a dealership tour and introducing current 2015/16 new inventory. We loved the lines of the RX 350 and took a test drive. From that point on, Jamal did an outstanding job of detailing the vehicle, dealership services, and helping us make the decision to say goodbye to our Mercedes R 350. After a week of driving the car, we are thrilled with the purchase and still impressed with the both the dealership and Jamal's professionalism. Nice job guys! More
