He is so Very helpful to me when I have questions about anything, I highly recommend Herb Chambers of Burlington because He is there, he will not stear you in the wrong direction, he has ethics and morals, not many people can say that about others today. Thank God we have him there to help with everyone's question's.. His opinion means the world to me, I wouldn't know what to do without him! More

Great price with coupon Had a 1:00 appt. for oil change. However, car not ready till 2:35 which seems a little too long. I realize that they perform a multi point inspection but still an hour and a half is a little too long. I have been there in the past and oil changes usually done in one hour. Rest room clean and the same for waiting room. With the coupon I had it was a great price for oil change at 33 Dollars. Service reps. very respectable and polite. Will go back. . More

Service, short and sweet I was on the Herb Chambers Web site and noticed I could check if I had any open recalls on my 2012 Kia Optima, and found there were two. I called to s I was on the Herb Chambers Web site and noticed I could check if I had any open recalls on my 2012 Kia Optima, and found there were two. I called to schedule the service and Jennifer was able to confirm the two recalls and booked an appointment. I dropped off the car and added a Complimentary Brake Inspection coupon I received via email. I was called back 2 hours later, recalls complete, brakes were still an 60%,. Picked up the car, used another coupon for $10 off a Cabin filter and on with my day. 8-) More
