I had horrible horrible customer service from Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington. It ran the gamut from not properly fixing my car, to making me sit in a dealership for over 4 hours while they try to call me on the phone about my car, even though I was less than five feet away from them. After that experience, having turned to social media with my story, they did reach out to me and came to a small financial settlement. They then proceeded to not honor the agreement they made with me. Over a month later and I still do not have the check they promised me I would have. I've been assured it's currently in the mail and I assured them that I would be using the money to spread the word about how horrific their customer service is.
