No hassle, stress-free experience I was interested in a Kia Sorento so I visited the Kia dealership in Burlington. I was introduced to Ramon Amill. I was extremely pleased with Ramon. I was interested in a Kia Sorento so I visited the Kia dealership in Burlington. I was introduced to Ramon Amill. I was extremely pleased with Ramon. He was very laid back and low key. Just what I want in a car dealer. He let me test drive a Sorento and then I noticed a Sportage which I was very interested in. He took the time to go over all the details of each car. I drove both and came back the next day to drive them again. He was extremely patient and informative. I had many questions about each car and he took the time to answer each and every question without being annoyed or pushy to sell me a car. I ended up buying the Sportage and so far, I LOVE it!! If you are looking for a no- hassle experience , go see Ramon. He is awesome. On a last note, I find the financing process experience somewhat along the lines of a bad root canal. the financing process was a breeze! I dealt with Stu Sterling and he made the process painless. He went over all my options and made sure I understood every part of the process. I am truly impressed with everyone at Kia of Burlington. More

I was forcd to purchase something that would get great gas mileage, be roomy enough, and still maintain its resale value in the future. I went to Kia of Burlington, and was referred to Richard Lowry as a salesperson I should seek out. The vehicle I chose was a 2017 Kia Forte, and was virtually brand new. Rich was very patient with me as I had not purchased or financed a vehicle for quite a long time. Rich promptly made a great selection for a 2017 certified Kia Forte with 6000 miles on the odometer. He explained all the features on the vehicle, as well as outlining the entire process from financing to taking delivery of the car immediately. He has extensive knowledge of the product, and was very patient with me as I asked a million questions. I never felt any pressure regarding the purchase, only a polite, and professional manner exhibited by Rich as he helped guide me through the experience. In just 2 hours my vehicle was detailed, financing was put in place, and my registration had been processed. Everyone involved from Julian and Carlos getting me the best price, to Stu in the Business Office who not only financed the vehicle in under 30 minutes, but did all the paperwork explaining in detail everything required for the purchase. Absolutely no high pressure tactics, ever. When I went to drive off the lot to go home, Senee the General Manager, made it a point to come out and personally thank me for my purchase. From top to bottom, there was only a can do, professional treatment by all, and I would not hesitate to recommend Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington to anyone looking for a vehicle. Far exceeded my expectatons, and I'm positive it would be the same for anyone. Thanks again Rich for the outstanding treatment. More

Buy your car here, get it serviced elsewhere. I bought an Optima here back in 2015, and have had it serviced(oil changes, tire rotations) ever since. They just lost a customer over a $15 part that I bought an Optima here back in 2015, and have had it serviced(oil changes, tire rotations) ever since. They just lost a customer over a $15 part that takes 5 minutes to replace. Pros: Service and Sales staff were very nice. Get a wash and vacuum with any service(including an oil change) Prices are good Cons: The technicians don't care about your vehicle. I brought my car in because a piece of trim fell off the car and was under warranty. I still had the broken part, in case they needed to see what I was talking about, and instead of replacing the part, they just glued the broken damaged one back on, and it wasn't even done well... It wasn't lined up at all with the rest of the trim(very noticeable at a distance) and was scratched and damaged. I brought my car back today, and again, asked for this part to be replaced, the repair looks good, and since it was a warranty part, I wasn't charged. But they then left my car unlocked with the windows open in front of the service station.... In the middle of a rain storm... Thankfully I showed up just as it finished(coincidence, they didn't call), but if I had been 10 minutes later, it started raining really hard and this would have been worse. In short, the technicians have no pride in their work, and don't respect your vehicle. Go elsewhere. More

Once we got back we started out on the paperwork. Smooth transition for the most part the paperwork process is a little time consuming but that should be expected anyway. All paperwork complete and Rich went above and beyond when he offered to drop my car off. Thanks Rich I know you worked hard to make my son happy. It worked!!! I would recommend Herb to everyone. This is my second purchase and both times have been very good experience. More

We went in on Mother's Day with no appointment and Tom was promptly assigned to help us. Tom was quite mellow so initially we weren't sure what to expect. But as we interacted with him more during that visit and signed the paperwork to place a deposit on the car she wanted, we became much more comfortable. We came to realize during that visit and our subsequent phone calls and appointments that Tom is consistently patient, very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process, focused on getting us what we wanted when we wanted it, with no pressure or sleazy tactics. Tom moved diligently on his end to get everything done for us behind the scenes quickly but never rushed us and his communication could not have been better. They offered us such a big discount off retail price up front that we spent very little energy on negotiation. Tom came across as so honest and straightforward—as well as a pleasure to work with—that we were not inclined to waste time or energy working with other dealerships. We completed the purchase process and she drove happily away in her new car by the next weekend. It was one of the few car buying experiences in my lifetime where the salesperson was a delight and made the whole process pleasant, easy, understandable, and satisfying. More
