This was the best experience i have ever had at a dealership, and there has been a lot. This is my third Kia Optima, and certainly will not be my last Kia and 100% not my last from Herb Chambers. Brake pads Terrible company. My wife asked them to get brake pads replaced, they charged double the price of higher end parts from autozone (50$ autozone, 100$ h Terrible company. Then their labor rate was 135$ an hour, and they spent 3 hours on a 1 hour job.... Super overpriced, when confronted about this they pretty much said F-off this is what you will pay. More
