Service was good but customer service and friendliness poor Went and got an oil change and tried explaining there was a slight issue with steering in car and it might have been attributed to when car was being Went and got an oil change and tried explaining there was a slight issue with steering in car and it might have been attributed to when car was being serviced for a recall in steering and asked them to take a look and the rep was not friendly at all and in fact seemed offended that I would even think that. Have dealt with the same rep every time I go in for an oil change and he never has a smile on his face and makes the customer seem like they are a burden to his day. Not friendly at all and will be taking business elsewhere specifically because of this rep. More

The staff was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire buying process, from test driving to picking up the car, and every step in between. Senee O'Connell made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived at the dealership and matched me up with sales person Ramon Amilll who was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. It was a very relaxed setting and I instantly felt more at ease here than at other dealerships I had visited.
