Many restaurants and small mom and pop shops live by making sure the customer is 100%+ satisfied. The reason simple: if we don’t like the service we receive, we will go someplace else. Car dealerships is one area where we seldom find businesses striving for perfection. Yes, some high end dealers do go and try to satisfy the customer. But when we visit a standard dealer, we are often met by a pushy sales rep trying to close a deal. Or we see an ad which seems too good to be true and when we dig a little further, find out that in order to get that deal, you must be born on the second Tuesday in October in an odd numbered year; get my drift – lol. However, one dealership which I recently visited went above and beyond expectations: Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington. Julian, Rich and Stu made my lease of a new Kia Optima an extremely pleasant experience. After finding out what I was looking for, they found and secured my car promising it would be there the next day. In the meantime, we did a majority of the paperwork electronically as to expedite the process once I arrived to pick it up. When I went to pick up my car, they were extremely friendly and filled me in as to where we were in the process. In and out quick. This is my new favorite dealer and am looking forward to dealing with them in the future. More

Turned Sad Into Glad - Herb Chambers Kia is a Keeper! My daughter's car was totalled. She was more crushed than her car. The accident, the insurance work, and the loss of her car that she loved. Tom (and, really, the whole team) worked with us to make lemonade out of the situation. There's one car my daughter has wanted since Kia premiered it. From day one, she wanted the Niro in blue. It's always been out of range of the budget and in her mind was a "someday car." Well, these guys moved mountains and worked miracles. They found the exact car she was looking for almost 100 miles away but pledged to get it for my daughter. There were paperwork SNAFUs and it was fourth of July week and I'm sure other complications that I was spared the details on. Tom always maintained his composure and placed our relationship above everything else. He personally drove through fourth of July traffic to pickup the car for us. These are just a few examples of the dedication and professionalism this team demonstrates. Tom, Julian, Stu are all top notch professionals. My daughter has her dream car of dream cars because of these guys and all the team members at Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington. I look forward to being their customer for years to come. More
Much needed improvement 3rd lease renewal....1st 2 experiences not so good...this time BIG improvement. Tom O'Donnell was the best person I have dealt with there yet. Totally changed the experience ...he was thorough, upfront and very efficient. A pleasure to deal with! Also, Stuart Sterling is a big improvement in finance....he was clear, concise and helpful. These 2 made for a much different experience than I had experienced previously. Both are valuable employees the dealership can be proud of. More
