My usual point-of-contact is Jennifer Nelson who is exceptional at what she does and intuitive as to what you need! There's no muss, no fuss and the service is cordial, respectful and fast! There's a wonderful waiting area we're on this particular visit I went to to return a few phone calls, before I could finish I was being waved at to let me know that my service was already done and I was ready to go! This was no anomaly this is business as usual and they take pride there in the Herb Chambers Kia service department, to make sure that you are a happy camper! More

An oil change may be a little longer but worth the car inspection letting me know of possible potential items that need my attention to fix. My previous dealership closed, and to be honest i was nervous to come to Herb Chambers. I felt such a big company wouldnt care about my needs and id be another number, boy was i wrong. This was the best experience i have ever had at a dealership, and there has been a lot. This is my third Kia Optima, and certainly will not be my last Kia and 100% not my last from Herb Chambers. Brake pads Terrible company. My wife asked them to get brake pads replaced, they charged double the price of higher end parts from autozone (50$ autozone, 100$ h Terrible company. My wife asked them to get brake pads replaced, they charged double the price of higher end parts from autozone (50$ autozone, 100$ here). Then their labor rate was 135$ an hour, and they spent 3 hours on a 1 hour job.... Super overpriced, when confronted about this they pretty much said F-off this is what you will pay. More
