Easiest car leasing transaction. I scheduled an appointment with Tom O'Donnell who had leased me my last Sorento (this current one is the third Sorento that I have leased from Herb Ch I scheduled an appointment with Tom O'Donnell who had leased me my last Sorento (this current one is the third Sorento that I have leased from Herb Chambers Kia). I met with Tom and we reviewed my options of entering a new lease early or waiting until the end of the last lease which was in February. He clearly went over my options and it made sense to turn in the last vehicle and lease the new one. Tom was very fair in putting the deal together. I have dealt with many car sales persons over the years and usually it is not a pleasant experience. With Tom it was a very good experience.
