Every 3 years I lease at Herb Chambers Kia i Burlington. The main reason I go there is because of my salesman Ramon! He takes excellent care of me when I need to lease again. Every time I do, I find the car I want right on the lot. He makes sure I get the best deal around. No hounding me or following me around. He lets me make my own decisions but points mei in the right direction. I was even able to drive my new car right off the lot that day. We have leased 4 vehicles through Ramon and he is awesome. We have also worked with Carlos for the past 4 vehicles and prefer working with him than anyone else when it comes to figures. Ramon and Carlos are a good combo to reach customer's needs and budget's. My Wife and I as well as our Daughter have been loyal customer's to Herb Chambers Kia and hope to continue this relationship in the future. I have been coming to Herb Chambers Kia for my car maintenance, etc. since 2019 and I must say that I have never had a bad experience. I have walked in at times without having an appointment due to co maintenance, etc. since 2019 and I must say that I have never had a bad experience. I have walked in at times without having an appointment due to concern about an issue I may be having with my car and they have always accommodated me; even at times when they were extremely busy. Everyone is very nice but I am specifically referring to Cesar. I don’t know how he does it! I have sat there waiting for my car watching people come in to have their car serviced, the phone is ringing, Technicians are coming out to talk about a customer’s problem , customers are walking up to him to ask questions - and he handles it all very pleasantly, very respectfully.
