My only beef with them is that it took a long time for my service (3 hrs instead of the quoted 90-120 mins) and they did the wrong oil change. Yet they are making up for their error by giving me a free synth service (3 hrs instead of the quoted 90-120 mins) and they did the wrong oil change.
