Absolute horrific excuse of a manager. I got the pleasure of dealing with Julian during my 11 month wait for my telluride- when my sales rep decided to quit mid process. I’d have to leave dozens of voicemails before I’d ever get a response from Julian. I even had to go through consumer affairs to get any update on my order because he was clueless. And then during the process of my sale, his sales team tried to bribe me with free roof racks for a ‘perfect survey’. Then when they didn’t hold up their end of the deal and I complained, his response was ‘not my fault you believe everything you hear.’ STAY FAR AWAY FROM JULIAN. Do yourself a favor, and take your money to another Kia dealership. More
