I scheduled an oil change for my 23 Accord Touring Hybrid last week with Herb Chambers Honda of Boston. I also inquired about having my car detailed. He contacted me within the hour to provide the details. When I picked the car up it looked brand new just like the day I picked it from this dealership. I’ve only brought the car in for normal servicing but every time I do, I am always treated very well. We also own a fancy german suv that we paid 6 figures for 2 years ago and Honda cars of Boston treats me like I’m a priority unlike the the other dealership with three letters where they treat me like they’re doing me the favor of servicing our vehicle. More

I brought my car into service a couple weeks ago and Sean Desilva was the one who attended to my car service. He was professional and showed great customer service skills, and even went above and beyond as f Desilva was the one who attended to my car service. He was professional and showed great customer service skills, and even went above and beyond as far as taking the time to keep me in the loop about everything pertaining to the services my car needed; Sean even came into work on his day off to make sure the car was being worked on so that I can get it back sooner. My experience with this dealership is relatively new so I am still evaluating it. I wasn’t too happy with the automated scheduling via phone.
