He was thorough on what would be repaired on car, set correct expectations on the time it would take, and he explained that I actually had covered services for either 24,000 miles/2-years that I was not utilizing and was able to tack on the oil change and tire rotation for me. Solely based on the service experience, ( NOT point of sale experience) I will return to this branch to have my car serviced and will request to work with Sean again due to the professional and personable customer service he provided.
