I was going here for service since 2021. After 2 years of going here, my Honda CRV's LED tail lights had an issue. Since the vehicle was still under warranty, I went there to check this out. After 2 years of going here, my Honda CRV's LED tail lights had an issue. Since the vehicle was still under warranty, I went there to check this out. The manager mentioned that there will be a diagnostic fee associated with the check up and if the issue was due to manufacturing default then it will not be billed to me but to Honda. However, the document that she asked me to sign didn't have this specified. When I insisted about that she mentioned that it in the owner's manual. And she rudely stated that I can take my business elsewhere. I was appalled by her behavior, and this discrepancy in what she was stating vs what the document mentioned. More
Took my 2011 in for recall work. The work was estimated to take longer than originally told. The service agent arranged Lyft rides, at dealership expense, to take me home and back The work was estimated to take longer than originally told. Service Advisor Sean DeSilva took the time to explain to me in depth what needed to be done, he explained in depth what my car needed, also what could be covered under my Honda warranty and my supplemental warranty.
