2/ 10/2025 Extremely happy Sean DeSilva Service Advisor and service manager Susan who saved me three to six THOUSAND DOLLARS. I had a transmission code, P0741 faulty Torque Converter. No recalls 2018 and service manager Susan who saved me three to six THOUSAND DOLLARS. I had a transmission code, P0741 faulty Torque Converter. No recalls 2018 Honda Pilot with 93,000 miles way out of warrantee. Shawn researched and found that Honda America had extended the warrantee for defective Torque Converters. Extended warrantee to cover a bunch of Honda models to 150 k miles and 8 years. Cost to repair ZERO. Sean was excellent getting parts and getting me out the door. 5 Stars + .
