Great service! I brought my CR-V in knowing there was something wrong with either the tires or the tire pressure monitoring system. The easy fix (nail in tire) was I brought my CR-V in knowing there was something wrong with either the tires or the tire pressure monitoring system. The easy fix (nail in tire) was quickly diagnosed and corrected. Unfortunately, on the drive home, the tire pressure indicator light came back on. I called and spoke with Susan,my service rep, and she had me come right back, and got my car back in for a closer look. Ultimately, three of the four sensors in the tires were found to be defective. I was given the choice of rescheduling a visit, or, if I could wait, they would fix all three that afternoon (I waited!). Susan was fabulous throughout (I should mention this was the Saturday before Thanksgiving, and everyone was hopping busy). I really appreciate that everyone wanted to make sure my car was really fixed and good to go; and that Susan communicated with me every step of the way. My car made it to Plattsburg and back Thanksgiving weekend, and is running great! More

David Ricard took me in immediately, and within 30 minutes got back to me to let me know that they checked it all out and the tire was fine, just the PSIs were off (probably due to cold weather). He didn't charge me at all! David was friendly, courteous, and I'll be asking for him from now on! They're lucky to have him! More

I brought my car to the service center since i have warranty on my tires and needed a new 1. I sat down in the waiting room at 8 AM and was told it was take about 2 hours. It is about to be 11:30 AM and I am still sitting here waiting. So far 3 1/2 hrs and still no fixed tire. I would rather have just paid to change my tire myself and have it done within 30 minutes than ever come here again. More

I was updated in details on a state of the car, repairs that have to be done ASAP and car problems to take care as soon as I can. I got a call from Susanne as soon as repair was finished and it was earlier than was promised. All communication was detailed and friendly, I appreciate Susanne's help very much. More

I was told he "1st annual service" for my 2015 Honda CRV Touring would run less than $100 and would only require "an hour or two." Imagine my surprise when I learned I would spend at least 3 hours in this uncustomer friendly environment and spend almost $500 on service. They apologized about the "confusion." Here I am 24 hours later waiting again in this shoddy space bcause they managed to screw up my vhicle. I broght in a car that ran perfectly. Despite paying for an alignment my vehicle now pulls to the left. Shoddy if not incomprtent service to say the least. They seem to have no concern for or understanding that my time is valuable. So here I sit ... Again. I'll find somone else to service my vehicle in the future. More

Especially with service from Tony Yuen, he would go out of his way to answer all of my questions and concerns. Not only that, he would also try to find the best deal and price for my car. Best part is that I requested to have my car picked up by 4PM that afternoon due to the fact that I need to pick up my daughter from day care, and sure enough, he had my car washed and ready to go before 4PM. I would definitely recommend Tony to anyone else that needs their Honda to be serviced. More
Had a flat fixed without an appointment !!! As I was going to work on 12/22/14 I discovered that I had a problem with one of my tires. I pulled my CRV over and on the passenger side tire in the back was going flat. I called Herb Chambers of Boston if I could bring my CRV down to be fixed. I didn't have an appointment scheduled,but they told me to bring it in,"no problem". My service advisor, Tony Yuen, was very helpful and made sure that my tire was fixed and my CRV was safely ready for the road. I was ready to go in about 1 and a half hours. Thanks Tony and thanks Herb Chambers for having such a great service advisor. My CRV was also given a free car wash, something I like about bringing my CRV to Herb Chambers for service!
