As I was leaving Trevor approached me and asked how my visit is going, which led to me telling him about my interest of the new Honda Accord vs. the Toyota Camry. I told Trevor I am not buying anything today, which usually gets the sales people to walk away but Trevor smiled and still insisted on answering my questions and also allowed me to test drive the 2019 Honda Accord. They lost car information, may be it is your car next I lost my wheel lock key so i went to Herb chamber Honda after calling customer services. They took the wheel lock and they replaced with lug nuts. I I lost my wheel lock key so i went to Herb chamber Honda after calling customer services. They took the wheel lock and they replaced with lug nuts. I went to valvoline for tire rotation. They did tests in front of me and they told me that the improper replacement of wheel lock with lug nuts lead to damaged wheel studs. Now, I went again to ask them about this issue, however, they do not have any logs of my car being serviced there. On the top of that they are asking me for evidence that it was their fault and now they are asking me to pay for inspecting about the problem with my vehicle that they created. This is neither right nor a respectable way to treat the customer. Staff was trying to help as they remembered me, however, the manager was very rude. This might not be a new thing for them, but I will end up paying for clearing the mess created by them. More

The waiting area was comfortable with drink and snack options. I was pleasantly surprised when I was informed my vehicle was ready after an hour. I was given a voucher for a car wash down the street. I was somewhat disappointed to learn that I could not get my navigation maps updated, I needed to do this on my own. For the amount I paid for the vehicle map updates are not an unreasonable request. Overall I would recommend the service department to others. More

The new place is surprisingly easy to get to from where I live, but it's best to make an appointment for mid-morning, since the Southeast Expressway traffic can be brutal on both sides. It was worth going to. More
