I brought my car in to see what was wrong with my car, I was charge 200$ for a diagnostic test, however code p2096 was the problem , and that problem was ignored (Bank1) instead that go to (bank2) and tel was charge 200$ for a diagnostic test, however code p2096 was the problem , and that problem was ignored (Bank1) instead that go to (bank2) and tell me I have to get a new cataylac converter, i payed to find out what's wrong with my car and I didn't get what I paid for, i had to go to another Machanic to find out what was the main problem for that code, I come to honda cause I believe that I would get 100% quality service and I can trust yall I did not get this service that I expected to get.... Everyone I dealt with that day the Secretaries was so pleasant and nice what a great experience I was there for a recall on my car. I was given a ride to wait there while my car was ready ,which was a pleasant surprise. nd I had an outstanding experience thanks to Sean DeSilva. The side mirror parts had been ordered a few days prior, but when installation began, we discovered that the wrong mirror side had been deli DeSilva. Sean went above and beyond to ensure I still got my mirror replaced that same day. He made multiple calls to Honda to resolve the issue, coordinating to get the correct part delivered as quickly as possible. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed and reassured me that he was doing everything he could to fix the situation. To top it off, despite the mix-up not being his or the dealership's fault, Sean generously took $100 off my service charges as a courtesy for the inconvenience of waiting. That level of customer service, dedication, and professionalism is rare to find! I truly appreciate Sean’s effort and commitment to making sure I left satisfied.
