I received a letter in the mail that there was a recall on my car. I made an appointment online and worked with Sean DeSilva upon arrival. He provided an excellent customer service experience. He was thorough on what would be repaired on car, set correct expectations on the time it would take, and he explained that I actually had covered services for either 24,000 miles/2-years that I was not utilizing and was able to tack on the oil change and tire rotation for me. Solely based on the service experience, ( NOT point of sale experience) I will return to this branch to have my car serviced and will request to work with Sean again due to the professional and personable customer service he provided.
