We are from CT and my daughter is attending grad school in Boston. Unfortunately she had a problem with her CRV while in Massachusetts and was not in the position to bring it home to get worked on at our in Boston. I did a search on the internet and found Herb Chambers Honda which was a short distance from where she is living. I called them multiple times between my initial inquiry through completion of the repair and each time the employees were professional and pleasant to deal with. I never felt as though I was being rushed off of the phone or that I was bothering them with my questions. They were able to take her car in for service quickly, finished the job in the time frame that they told me and were right on with their estimate for the cost. Brian in the service department was very helpful and patient and I felt as though he worked hard at getting my daughter's car done so that it was available at a time that she would be able to pick it up. She was very happy to have her car back and thrilled that the car had also been cleaned! Overall it was a very good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them. More

I recently bought my first car and the experience i had at Herb Chambers makes me wish i made the decision earlier. When I emailed the dealership asking about a car i was interested in i first spoke with K at Herb Chambers makes me wish i made the decision earlier. When I emailed the dealership asking about a car i was interested in i first spoke with Krystle, she was so kind and helpful informing me that the car was still available. I than scheduled an appointment and later met with Jose Y., he helped me understand everything i needed to know about the car. He followed up with me to make sure every question and concern i had was answered in first time buyer terms. When everything was about to be finalized the last person i spoke with was the financial manager Lascelle M. Between him and Jose i dont know whos better! He made sure my monthly payments were set at a reasonable amount to make sure i wasnt overwhelmed. Everyone who i dealt with are great people and i most definitely will be recommending them to everyone i know! More

I got a very good price and during the closing process discovered a fee that wasn't disclosed before. The sales manager took care of it and made things right giving me an excellent deal. The sales person drove me home so that I can pick up my computer to work while waiting for the paper work to be completed back at the dealership. Very good environment at the dealership including free internet, coffee and even ice cream. More importantly this was my second time buying at this dealership and I got good experience and a good price every time. More
