This dealership is very different than alot and i probably gave them a hard time but they gave me the best customer service i have recieved in quite some time. We are from CT and my daughter is attending grad school in Boston. Unfortunately she had a problem with her CRV while in Massachusetts and was not in the position to bring it home to get worked on at our in Boston. I did a search on the internet and found Herb Chambers Honda which was a short distance from where she is living. I called them multiple times between my initial inquiry through completion of the repair and each time the employees were professional and pleasant to deal with. I never felt as though I was being rushed off of the phone or that I was bothering them with my questions. They were able to take her car in for service quickly, finished the job in the time frame that they told me and were right on with their estimate for the cost. Brian in the service department was very helpful and patient and I felt as though he worked hard at getting my daughter's car done so that it was available at a time that she would be able to pick it up. She was very happy to have her car back and thrilled that the car had also been cleaned! Overall it was a very good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them. More
