Wow, this is the first word that comes to mind working with this dealership. Shopping for my new Accord was less than desirable, until walking into this dealership and being greeted by Younes (A new sale with this dealership. Polite, courteous and a gentleman, Younes addressed my needs and helped me select the perfect Accord in the perfect color. Mr. Schepise (The General Sales Manager) was knowledgable and quite charming, while making the negotiation process easy and advantageous for both parties. After visiting most dealerships I typically feel like I need a shower, but this dealership is head and shoulders above the rest. I will be a frequent customer of the service department and may visit just to say hello. I would reccomend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used Honda. Again, thank you Herb Chambers for finding and employing such a world-class staff. More
The team at Herb Chambers was simply amazing. I emailed what I wanted, they followed up with me right away and when I went in to seal the deal they were ready for me as promised. I never felt like i was getting pushed into a bad deal and they really listened to what I had to say. It is rare that a car dealership puts the cumsomer first but that is exactly the way I felt. Go here first and you won't have to go anyplace else! I am a customer for life. Update:3/15 Update-I have to save it seems that now that the dealer has my lease and money I am not getting the fast phone calls back and help I need. I had a Automotive Protection Plan on my last car and I am now getting the run around on my refund that is due to me. This is NOT the type of service I received before my transaction was finalized! I tried to ask every possible question before acquiring my new vehicle to make sure I would get my refund and was given a lot of lip service. Perhaps my earlier review of the dealership was wrong…I hope not. I will keep you all posted. If they make things right them I will be happy again with their service but I am just not sure at this point. Be careful before signing a deal here. Update 3/16: Looks like teh sales manager Mike S. is taking care of me like a customer should be taken care of and I am once again a believer in Herb Chambers. Everybody can make a mistake! More

My sales representative, Chris, was extremely helpful from the moment I stepped into the showroom until the moment I drove away in my new car. I had been considering trading in my older model Honda Accord for a new model when I was recently at the dealership for service. I was looking for a 2010 manual Accord in a similar model to what I was driving, and after Chris searched availabile inventory for literally hours, I ended up purchasing the only Honda Accord Coupe located in New England with all of the features and in the color I was looking for. I am incredibly pleased with the price we agreed upon and the entire process overall. I received more than I was anticipating for my trade-in and we agreed on a monthly payment that fit well within my budget. I HIGHLY reccommend Chris and the entire Herb Chambers team to anyone who is looking to purchase a new car. They were all truly a pleasure to work with and not once during the process did I feel pressured to purchase anything I wasn't looking for. The entire staff went out of their way to help me find the car I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the new car I am driving today. I even drove the car off the lot the day after signing the paperwork and received a very thorough walk-through of all of the features of my new car. More

Although I received a good price on my car, I found that the salespeople I dealt with at this dealership would say anything to make a sale, even if they weren't being completely honest. For example, the phone salesperson assured me they had all of the colors of my car in stock for same-day purchase; when I showed up at the dealer, I discovered that there was only one color available (if I wanted a different color, I'd have to wait a few days for delivery). The salesperson told me I could put part of the purchase price on my credit card in order to earn credit card "points"--he positioned this as a "favor" that he would do for me; I later discovered that he had used this ploy to trick me into putting down a much larger deposit ($3000 instead of $1000) than I was required to put down. When I asked him why he wasn't honest with me, he got very angry and wouldn't respond; meanwhile, another salesperson told me that they didn't like to use the word "deposit" because it scared customers away. When I was negotiating the deal (on a Friday), the salesperson assured me I would receive my car on Monday. When I called on Monday to arrange to pick up the car, the salesperson claimed he had never promised it would be available to pick up on Monday, and that it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday night. I would never purchase a car from Keith Banks-Obanor again. Although he is a very smooth salesperson, he is also very slippery... and would say anything to make a sale, even if it's not entirely true. Finally -- lots of other smaller complaints. When I picked up my car, they proudly showed me a document indicating that they had done a full inspection of the car prior to my arrival. However, when I drove the new car home, I discovered that the tire pressure light was on and the tires were almost completely flat. Not a big deal (I just stopped at a gas station and filled them up), but it made me think they had either rushed the inspection or hadn't really done it at all. In addition, my car was missing the floor mats. When I called the next day to ask for the floor mats, Keith was *very* annoyed to hear about it and I had to push very hard to get him to provide them to me. Such a rude individual. People like him give car dealers a bad name. More
The sales man Alex does not give me pressure during negotiation. I had time to think price and check others. And very fair price. Actually I got better offer than Honda Nationl offer. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Everyone was courteous and helpful throughout the whole process leading up to my decision to purchase, as well as afterwards when I had further questions. I don't think I was offered enough information on the additional warranties and protection plans they had to offer, which made it feel like the sales manager was just in it for quick commission. My only goal that night was to get information about what my options were. I was planning on replacing my 2001 Honda Civic with something that had all wheel drive or 4-wheel drive. Within a couple of hours, I wrote a check and was making plans to pick up my new Honda CRV. I thought I was just "browsing" but in the end I ended up buying. I really appreciated Giau's good work and will definitely consider purchasing future cars from him. More
