Overall great experience! Ivan was friendly, fun and got me the car I wanted for the price I could afford. Sales Manager Bob provided the entertainment after I sealed the deal. Paul was great the whole way through. Explained the service, costs, and estimated exactly how long the work would take. The wife and I went out for lunch and when we came back Paul greeted us, letting service, costs, and estimated exactly how long the work would take. He even prepped the AC for us so the car was nice and cool when we got in. Overall, the best experience I had at Herbs. I bought this car at Herbs three years ago when I actually lived in Allston. Now I'm out in the suburbs, but still come all the way into the city to get it serviced here. Highly recommended. More

Paul was fantastic - he was extrememly patient with me and my lack of knowledge (of cars in general, but in particular my wife's car - which I had no idea what was wrong with it).
