Bill was beyond helpful, and in helping to close the deal. We had one small incident with a different manager, but Sam and Bill both went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. Went in with purpose of trading in current used car from same dealership, previous agent was no longer with the company. Meet Sam right away an struck-up great dealer relationship from the start. He helped me navigate thru options and car selection for a new car, and then was great help thru the long paperwork trial. Sam and the other dealers were all great and it was nice for the dealership manager to also stop by and talk with me about the purchase. The Finacing person was also great and both he and Sam spent the time to explain all the stuff and transaction as well as coverages to me, even intoduced me to new stuff I did not have before. I have bought several cars before in my life but I have never had such a great and freindly experince with a dealer and this makes for the second great major transaction at that dealership. I am extremely happy with my Fit and the handling of the transaction, I look forward to continung with the dealership and especialy with Sam and the service team. More
