When I picked up the car Keith went over the whole interior with me and also showed me where to look for additional information in the manual, should I forget anything in the future. He also followed up with me a few days later to see how I was enjoying my new car. I would definately recommend Keith to anyone I know that is looking for a Honda. Howie Reske was the manager that I spoke with by phone initially, and then dealt with David Diccio and Don Smith throughout the transaction of leasing a new 2009 Honda Accord Lx. I also had spoken with several other Honda Dealers in the Boston area that said they would not do Herb's ad price of $198.00 PER MONTH. I had COME IN EXPECTING THE WORSE BUT WAS HAPPY AS David and Don Smith offer me two color choices. David followed up in a timely fashion but was never "pushy" in my dealings with him. I would highly recommend that anyone considering a Honda anywhere in Massachusetts. Additionally, I was told to call Don or David to help Schedule my first service appointent. More

Will never recommend this dealer! I believe if you want to see how a rookie can be stupid come to Herbs. On my first visit he was asking stupid questions and at the sametime multi-tasking, no not searching to see how a rookie can be stupid come to Herbs. Whatelse do you need to get turned down??!!! Please teach your rookies some mannerisms. He kept on asking the same stupid questions like before, during and after test drive like- so why do you like a V6 than a four cylinder etc. I believe, I did more talking and had more knowledge about the car than him. As a matter of fact when I enquired him about a used car on edmunds he didnt have a clue as to how to find it and I finally took the computer and found it out for him??!!! When you go in with a trade obviuosly you know that the car to trade in is not the perfect car so I think one does not have to exaggerate the dents or paint scratches and look from the corner of his eye that I make sure he is examining with minute details. I know my car's defects! Anyways on my first visit the rookie and his senior salesperson (who was experienced and better- I have to admit) could not match my so called 'low ball', Next day Bill asked for an appointment to which I called and checked twice that if only and only if my price is met I am going to come to which he agreed. After work, sitting in traffic for half hour I reach there only to exit out of the showroom furious in 5 minutes. I regretted to have even shown up since they gave another price! Fine if the dealer dint want to sell then why waste a customer's time. If I have low balled then get rid of me not bring me again and talk from the beginning and try spend 2 hours in a row! More
Our Salesman, Jose E. Carrasquillo was knowledgeable, respectful. honest and very personable. In no way did he engage in the obnoxious "Hard Sell". Despite some initial disagreement on price, once I gave them a thoughtful buildup on market values, other prices for similar cars, and valuation of the trade-in, they very quickly got to my price on the 20 them a thoughtful buildup on market values, other prices for similar cars, and valuation of the trade-in, they very quickly got to my price on the 2009 Honda Pilot and actually for the same price, surpassed my expectations by putting me into a 2010 model for the same price. Key to their sales effort: once sales manager discerned the type of buyer I was and the reality of other market prices, realized a deal could be had, they agreed to a deal very close to my price. If you do your homework and can demonstrate effectively how you got there and justify your price, you will be satisfied. Of course you should never expect to leave the dealer without any profit fpr themselves. These guys "got it" and made my purchase painless, and when I am in the market for a Honda product again, will buy from them. More
