Overall great experience! Ivan was friendly, fun and got me the car I wanted for the price I could afford. Sales Manager Bob provided the entertainment after I sealed the deal. We ended the day all laughing together. More of a pleasant experience than I could have expected. I definately highly recommend this place, and the Honda Fit! More
Paul was great the whole way through. Explained the service, costs, and estimated exactly how long the work would take. The wife and I went out for lunch and when we came back Paul greeted us, letting service, costs, and estimated exactly how long the work would take. He even prepped the AC for us so the car was nice and cool when we got in. Overall, the best experience I had at Herbs. I bought this car at Herbs three years ago when I actually lived in Allston. Now I'm out in the suburbs, but still come all the way into the city to get it serviced here. Highly recommended. More

I didn’t have an appointment made prior to coming in, but soon as I drove in, Martha Nguyen come up and introduced herself very friendly and took care of the service required to my car properly with good explanation. The whole service at Herb chambers Boston with Martha Nguyen was pleasant. She wasn’t rushing, took enough time very patiently to explain the problems in detail. More importantly, I noticed her positive attitude and friendliness has made my service and experience pleasant.
