Since I couldn't decide if I needed new he also showed me a few used cars. He didn't pressure me to buy new. I only purchased what I needed . I decided on a 2009 Honda CRV . Last week I took delivery of a 2007 Honda Civic EX coupe. I did my research and looked elsewhere. If you are shopping around for a dealer - look no further! I did a lot of research and spent quite a bit of time checking out dealerships. It can be a daunting, stressful task. I worked with DeWayne Holman who was excellent. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and positively goes out of his way to insure an outstanding customer service experience. DeWayne was diligent to insure I got the exact model and color that I wanted - when there wasn't a whole lot of inventory for a very "specific" request. Dwayne makes you feel like, "if I am going to buy I car I want to buy it from this guy". He is honest, fair and down-to-earth. He has a great sense of humor and gives Herb Chambers a good reputation. I had a trade-in and could not believe the vast differences across the board between different Honda dealerships. Herb Chambers was the most open to negotiations and had the best competitive pricing. I also dealt with Dana Dattilo, Sales Manager and James Aiello, New Car Director. Both were excellent- still the pressured sales routine, but highly professional, courteous, resourceful and resulted in a very positive experience. I would definitely return again to Herb Chambers for my next vehicle and highly recommend. More
