I was told my credit qualified me for a special, time-limited “deal,” only to learn much later that it hadn’t. I asked about a different trim on the car I wanted, and they simply refused to discuss it. People didn’t even have the courtesy to introduce themselves! I finally bought a more expensive car from a different dealership. Ugh. More

My one problem was that the dealership did not have complementary water. My wife was pregnant at the time, and we had to wait for over an hour to complete all the paperwork to finalize the deal. Danya was so nice, she went across the street to buy us water bottles from CVS. More
