I brought my Honda CR-V Hybrid 2025 to Herb Chambers Honda Boston for a steering issue recall and Sean DeSilva was the person who worked with me on check-in. He is polite and professional. The repair took longer than expected, however, the work was done very good. The technician also cleaned up after he finished the job. Sean DeSilva and the technician have exceeded my expectations.
