My husband and I have purchased approximately 5 cars, both new and used in the past ten years for ourselves and our son. We've been to Ira, Thomas Ford, Danvers Ford and Hillcrest Chevrolet. However, NONE of those dealerships compare to Herb Chambers. This recent purchase of a jeep was the most positive experience we have ever had. From start to finish it was hassle free. There were no pushy salespeople attacking you in the parking lot. Everyone we dealt with was considerate and attentive to our needs, including the fact that we had our toddler with us. When we visited after our initial purchase, our salesperson wasn't available, but another salesman named Michael helped us in every way with the utmost curtesy even though he knew a deal had already been made with another salesman. The negotiations were done with ease. And when we finally met with the finance man, he was able to give us all of the information without tricking us, lying to us and cheating us, which has happened with other dealerships. For example, we were told once that our credit didn't warrant a better rate than the one we were being offered, when we knew, in fact, that our credit was flawless. To sum up, yes, we would definitely, and without reservation, recommend Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge to all of our friends and family. More
