The salesman, John Puleo, took his time in explaining the differences between the different Wrangler models and options. They helped go over the different price structures that each model's options had. They made me feel like a family member, not a customer. Not once did they ever pressure me to buy a Jeep. If you want to make an informed decision and browse the different models without pressure, I recomend you go to Herb Chamber's showroom. You will not be disappointed.
