Prices are outrageous! Dealers are COMPLETELY unwilling to negotiate, even for MILITARY PERSONNEL!? I was interested in a 2004 base model jeep wrangler with 50k miles and the "internet" salesman would go n to negotiate, even for MILITARY PERSONNEL!? I was interested in a 2004 base model jeep wrangler with 50k miles and the "internet" salesman would go no lower than 15,000 dollars (above market value). DO YOU NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THAT WE PAY 6.5% SALES TAX IN MASS !?(close to 1,000 dollars for this vehicle.) !? Then the jerk had the nerve to tell me I had to pay a $289 "documentation fee"... That brought the total to a whopping 16,000 dollars for a jeep worth maybe 13,5oo dollars... HA! I will NEVER buy a vehicle from Herb Chamber More

Buying a new car, especially at a time when you really weren't planning on it, can be quite stressful. The first person we saw, standing outside in the cold, was Seth. We picked up our Liberty last night and Seth went out of his way, knowing that the getting to the dealership is quite a ride for us, to ensure that we would not have to make an extra trip there to get an inspection sticker.
