My husband and I went to Herb Chambers Jeep to purchase (2) 2011 Jeep Compasses. We decided to go to Herb Chambers because we never had much luck with Quirk Dealerships which is all that is in our area. (2) 2011 Jeep Compasses. We decided to go to Herb Chambers because we never had much luck with Quirk Dealerships which is all that is in our area. When we left the dealership on Sunday they said we were "all set". We corresponded with the salesperson several times during the course of the day Monday and Tuesday he said everything was "all set". Wednesday one hour before we were to go sign paperwork the girl in finance calls to say financing was only guaranteed for one truck not the other. Not sure why they waited three days to call and tell us that when Sunday, Monday and Tuesday they were saying we were "all set". Very poor customer service. More
On Monday, Jan 25, 2011 upon driving to work my 2007 Dodge Charger began to overheat, the temperature gauge shot up and stayed on high. Dave Wilson was highly professional and immediately took the car in to be looked at. The whole service team was completely thorough and the problem was diagnosed and corrected. The car seems to be running better than ever! It was an overall great experience and I would recommend this service department to anyone. More

David recommended that I drive it for a few more days to see if the light would go out since I was not having any problems with the car. I had to bring the car back in as the light did not go out. It was found that the catalytic converter was failing. David made all the arrangements to have the converter and sensors changed the next day. He explained my options so that I could make a sensible choice. He was great and I would highly recommend him to all people I know looking for a service advisor. More
