I just recently purchased a used 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited at the Herb Chambers, Danvers, MA location. I was looking to trade my Jeep in for a newer model. I had many questions and was concerned that I may not be able to afford it. A sales consultant by the name of Paulo Fidalgo greeted my mom, aunt and I while we were viewing the cars on the lot. Paulo was funny, professional and extremely knowledgable and answered all of our many questions. I don't really like car shopping, but Paulo changed that experience for me and made it a pleasant one. I purchased my Jeep and I love it! He followed up with a phone call and email to see how I was liking my new car and if I had any concerns or questions. I will definitely be back to see Paulo in the future and I will recommend him to my friends. This is my second automobile that I purchased from Herb Chambers. I will definitely be back. I was always confident Mr. Kielbasa was working to make my experience as pleasant and convenient as possible.. The "OK" rating for quality of work was due to the fact that car was returned to me twice with technical issues I feel the technician should have caught i.e. engine light still flashing even though engine had just been replaced, and car making loud irregular noise which required more service work. Despite this, I would return to this dealer based on my excellent experience with Mr. Kielbasa and the eventual resolution of my issues. More

As I walked in the door, Mike Neligon was walking by the main door, and he greeted me and asked if he could help me. I asked about the Dodge Durango, and he handled my initial inquiry and my purchase of the Durango I wanted. He was very professional and also friendly and very helpful and attentive. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mike and with the dealership. When I needed to see other people, he brought them to me or shepherded me where I needed to go and made sure I knew what was happening at all times. Mike provided me with outstanding customer service. I also worked with Will, the Sales Manager, and with Joe in Finance. Everyone with whom I worked and with whom I spoke was friendly, courteous, helpful, attentive, and professional. I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience. And I love my new Durango! I called the dealership 2 days before Christmas and spoke with Derek about my issue. He gave me all of the service hours for the week and said to swing in without an appointment when I could. I showed up T with Derek about my issue. He gave me all of the service hours for the week and said to swing in without an appointment when I could. I showed up Thursday night after work, and Derek was working. He quickly determined that the issue was under warranty and that they could have a technician fix the problem right then and there. It certainly didn't seem like it was a "slow" day/evening, but they managed to get me in and out within 30 minutes. Of course not needing service is ideal, but if I do ever need service again, I can only hope it goes half as smoothly. Thanks Derek! More

He's always been professional, honest, supportive, and giving me all of the information to make the best decision for me and my car. His customer service has always been great which is why I choose to follow him but I must say the entire service staff at herb chambers dodge all made me feel like I've been coming here for years. I came in to change my tires few weeks ago and the service was excellent and in a timely manor. As my vehicle is getting older, the time has come for my next purchase and I will definitely be buying there thanks a lot for a great beginning you guys. Happy New Year and keep up the great work. As soon as I stepped into the service area I knew something was different. The service center was immaculate and I was immediately greeted by one of the service managers who's name was Derek Rojas. I told Derek that my brand new jeep had a water leak and I could tell he was genuinely concerned. He told me not to worry and they would take care of it. He said they might not be able to get to it today as it was the day after Christmas and they were busy. Sure enough, 5 hours later I received a call and Derek said the Jeep was all set. Apparently it was my error in the way I installed the top. When I picked up the vehicle, a technician met me and told me what I had done wrong and he went over the steps to be sure I did not repeat my mistake. The entire process was very smooth and professional. I must say that Derek's professionalism made the trip to the service department totally pain-less. The entire service department was very well run. Later in the day, I received another follow up call asking if I was satisfied with the work performed today and if I had any other problems. That is what I call customer service. I want to thank Derek and the entire service department team for a job well done.
