As soon as I stepped into the service area I knew something was different. The service center was immaculate and I was immediately greeted by one of the service managers who's name was Derek Rojas. I something was different. The service center was immaculate and I was immediately greeted by one of the service managers who's name was Derek Rojas. I told Derek that my brand new jeep had a water leak and I could tell he was genuinely concerned. He told me not to worry and they would take care of it. He said they might not be able to get to it today as it was the day after Christmas and they were busy. Sure enough, 5 hours later I received a call and Derek said the Jeep was all set. Apparently it was my error in the way I installed the top. When I picked up the vehicle, a technician met me and told me what I had done wrong and he went over the steps to be sure I did not repeat my mistake. The entire process was very smooth and professional. I must say that Derek's professionalism made the trip to the service department totally pain-less. The entire service department was very well run. Later in the day, I received another follow up call asking if I was satisfied with the work performed today and if I had any other problems. That is what I call customer service. I want to thank Derek and the entire service department team for a job well done. I have been to this dealership many times just to "kick tires" and let my 9 year old son look at the cars in the showroom. Vito S was one of the first people I met during my visits and he made such a positive impression I knew this was the place to do business. I purchased a 13 Charger and couldn't be happier. The price was awesome. The expereince was awesome. I want to thank Vito, Will L, Zack and Joe in finance, Anabel, Richard U, and last but not least Dimitru( who was a true pleasure to work with.) Our salesperson (Vito Scavo) was friendly and quite accommodating to our specific needs and very patient through out the process. My husband made repeated visits to the dealership inquiring about various things and our salesperson was diligent to take the time to address his questions and his concerns properly. One thing that stands out the most to us was that Vito was not arrogant or pushy at no time did we feel pressured to make a decision immediately. He showed enough care to give us the space needed to arrive at our own conclusions! Overall, it was a pleasure to do business at this particular Herb Chambers our salesperson made the difference and got the sale too! Thank you very much for going the extra mile!! More

Dear all, At about 1pm on Sunday December 15 2013, I Dear all, At about 1pm on Sunday December 15 2013, I went to the dealership stated above and I wanted to trade my 2012 Ford SVT Raptor to a grey 201 Dear all, At about 1pm on Sunday December 15 2013, I went to the dealership stated above and I wanted to trade my 2012 Ford SVT Raptor to a grey 2014 Jeep grand Cherokee diesel. I have met with Will the sales manager and Dimitru the sales consultant. They gave me numbers I liked and was told to come back the following Monday for pick up because the jeep needed to be prepared for "delivery". I work between 80 to 90 hours a week. That Sunday at 1145pm I was due for work until Monday 4pm basically a double. Also I was also due for work that monad at 1145pm until Tuesday 4pm. So I only had Monday evening free to deal with them. I had no problems with Dimitru and Will, they were both pleasant and curtious. Monday evening I was dealing with Joe Dipietro the finance person who was moving paperwork very quickly to avoid allowing to see the numbers. He or someone added all kinds of warranties and low jack and ding protection plans that I did not want nor I was asked if wanted such warranties. Keep in mind I'm tired I do not want to sit there more then I have to. Long story short is That Mr. Dipietro is a scammer and a thief. Mr. Dipietro's work reflects on Mr. Chambers dealership's professionalism. I would like to also add that this is not my first brand new car from Herb Chambers, February 2013 I have bought with my brother a 2013 Bmw m3 white competition package from Herb's Bmw in Brighton and the sales and finance persons were awesome and gave me what I asked for. Even in August of 2012 when I bought my brand new black f150 raptor from Watertown ford, my experience wasn't as bad as this is one. A word for the sales and finance persons just be upfront with the customer it will go a long way. And please Mr. Dipietro you had my telephone number you could've called me on Monday and asked me if I want it the extra "stuff". Mr. Dipietro took advantage of the circumstances and tried to push extra things that I did not need under the envelope. I had to refinance the whole deal through my local bank. More

I was treated very fairly and not only did I buy a brand new Jeep Cherokee I made new friends. When buying a new vehicle it is important to develop a relationship with the people you are working with and thats exactly what they do at the Herb Chambers in Danvers.
