Ismael Briceno was incredibly down to Earth and didn't try to sell me anything out of my price range. George Sanchez was wonderful, too, and they both worked to find me the perfect vehicle. This was the THIRD dealership I went to because I felt very uncomfortable at others but Dumitru assured me he was not into high pressure sales tactics! I definitely appreciated his honesty! He was always available and very friendly. After my purchase there was an issue with the car's exhaust (previous owner's fault) and Herb Chambers gave me a new exhaust system! Instead of trying to get me into a car on sight that wasn't exactly what I wanted, he was able to find one on sight that was FAR better than I even thought I could have afforded. He went out of his way to get me a car that exceeded my expectations, and get it down to a price that fit my budget, even though I didn't think it was possible.
