Avoid - worst sales & service. Bought a FIAT as a "certified pre-owned" - checklist done at desk by sales manager, not by a mechanic. Found out about a recall myself, was sold car Bought a FIAT as a "certified pre-owned" - checklist done at desk by sales manager, not by a mechanic. Found out about a recall myself, was sold car without recall repaired. Brought it back for recall to be fixed; found out afterwards that bottom pan of car was not reattached & held on by only one of 9 screws - could have fallen out on highway. No spare key, took FOUR visits to pair a spare key correctly. There was no spare tire for this car; asked the salesman John Puleo, and was told that was because it had run flat tires - which was a complete lie I found out afterwards. Car should have had a tire reinflation kit as part of the required safety equipment, but it was missing. Contacted GM George Sanchez about this missing equipment, and was told he would get it done. Still waiting 3 months later. Avoid this dealership. Buy elsewhere, and have you cars serviced elsewhere since mechanics are both incompetant and careless. More
