Exceedingly poor customer service. I called to schedule a standard oil change for my Jeep at 15K miles; the person I spoke to was very pushy (bordering on rude) and insisted I needed t I called to schedule a standard oil change for my Jeep at 15K miles; the person I spoke to was very pushy (bordering on rude) and insisted I needed the 20K service. He told me someone would call me back to schedule the actual appointment; they never did. I went into the dealership a few weeks later and spoke to someone in the service department, explaining what happened, and tried to book the appointment again. They wrote down my name & phone number and promised someone would call me by the end of the day. I've never heard back from anyone. I could see this happening once as an oversight but twice shows a pattern. These two experiences with Herb Chambers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT of Danvers were highly unprofessional; they were completely disrespectful of my time and proved themselves to be totally unreliable. My lease is coming to an end soon - this will play a major role in my decision whether or not to do business with them again. More
