I was off to a rocky start when I called the service department multiple times to bring my car in when I had a flat and the phone just kept ringing without anyone picking it up. This would have been a 5 star rating if it wasn't so difficult to reach them. In the end, I spoke with the operator and she told me to just come down. She was so pleasant because she knew I was a bit frazzled. Once I arrived without an appointment, Matthew was great! Despite the fact they were closing in an hour and I didn't have an appointment, they removed my spare tire, patched my tire and had me on my way in about 45 minutes. He was a pleasure to work with. More
