1st time - 2014 CTS serviced at Herb Chambers Cadillac I was very satisified with the service I received at Herb Chambers Cadillac in Lynnfield. They were able to replace a tire that had been damaged by a spike and while there they were able to update my vehicle by completing 3 recalls service items. Michael Anagnos kept me informed of how long the repairs we going to take and the vehicle was washed and interior vacummed when the vehicle was returned to me. Very professional operation that I would recommend to anyone owning a Cadillac. More
Above & Beyond I had been a Herb Chambers customer for the past 3 years and always serviced my Cadillac at first their former location (in Danvers) then most recentl I had been a Herb Chambers customer for the past 3 years and always serviced my Cadillac at first their former location (in Danvers) then most recently in Lynnfield. The service manager, Mike Anagnos had always been someone who was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the GM products. When my lease was due to end, I did my due diligence and researched my next vehicle until I thought I had covered all bases. Although I thought I had made my final decision, I figured who else better than to further educate me than a GM service manager. I asked Mike if he had a few minutes would he answer a few questions for me and he said sure. Long story short, he spent nearly 40 minutes answering my endless questions and as an expert in the auto industry, pointed out certain things that would never had occurred to me. I ended up purchasing another Herb Chambers vehicle and changed my decision based on Mike's expertise. I am very happy with my decision and believe that Mike saved me from potential "financial headaches" down the road. More

We always owned chevys until 2003 when we purchased a Cadillac from a dealership in Woburn. Scott was our GO TO man for service for all our Chevrolets including our suburban but the Cadillac was differe Cadillac from a dealership in Woburn. Scott was our GO TO man for service for all our Chevrolets including our suburban but the Cadillac was different. We were happy with the Woburn dealership but when we purchased our 2009 Caddy, used from another dealership other than a Cadillac dealer, we felt we were not being addressed properly until we brought it to Scott. He listened to us and saw to it that the warranty work was done. We have been dealing with Scott since 1989 and were happy when the Chevrolet Dealership brought Cadillac on board. We are now able to have both our vehicles serviced at the same place and know that Scott will see that the service will be done properly. More
My wife has a 2005 Pontiac Grand Am that she haD purchased at the dealer ship on Labor Day of 2004. She brings it back for service do to one person SCOTT LYON. If it wasn't for his EXCELLENT servi purchased at the dealer ship on Labor Day of 2004. She brings it back for service do to one person SCOTT LYON. If it wasn't for his EXCELLENT service and timely work my wife would not come back to the dealer ship for service. It was 11 Jan. 2011 after a sever winter storm. I had been involved in a minor accident that left me with a flat tire and a damaged rim. I came to Herb Chambers close to closing time believing I would ha been involved in a minor accident that left me with a flat tire and a damaged rim. I came to Herb Chambers close to closing time believing I would have to leave my vehicle (as I had the spare tire on that was smaller than the rest of the wheels and I feared it would do damge to the drive train) I was surprised to hear Mr. Lyon say; "Mr. Daniels were going to fix it now and get you back on the road". Before I was told , By Scott, that he was going to have me rolling soon I had disrupted my families schedules and they were having to cancel after school activities in order to pick me up and help me finish my appointments for the day. Everybody was very happy to hear they could continue with thier schedules because I did not need anyone to come pick me up. Mr. Lyons' had a rim replaced, two tires balanced, and mounted at closing time with out a second thought. The team working on my vehicle got the work done without hurring through, just so they could go home. They even took the time to put my jack back where it belonged and scured all the tools I had used at the seen of the accident. I'm sure that nobody there realized that all they did effected my whole family. After being involve in an accident and having close to a disabled vehicle, I was thinking the worst having to go to a dealership (in general)for the repairs. It's hard to describe how pleasently suprised I was to have Mr. Lyon and the rest of the team committed to getting me back on the road that dreadful winter night.
