I had an urgent matter with my 2020 XT4, where I put a new battery in my car remote and then the car would not start. Could not even get in it. After finally being able to get into my car and no help wha new battery in my car remote and then the car would not start. Could not even get in it. After finally being able to get into my car and no help whatsoever from OnStar, I decided to call the dealership. I plead with the person on the phone to find someone to help me, it was after 5:00, I am sure people were ready to head home and I was in a panic. The guy I was telling my issue to goes and gets Matt (don’t know his last name) but he is the shop foreman. He got on the phone and said don't worry, I know exactly what you need to do. In literally 5 minutes he walked me through and fixed my issue. I was so happy that I think I told him I was sending him a dozen roses and told my friends if he was single I would marry him lol. He is what every dealership and business needs. He obviously knows Cadillac vehicles and to jump in to help me resolve my issue, he was a superstar. If it was not for him, I would have had to deal with another annoying call with OnStar and waiting for a service to show up and they probably would not be able to troubleshoot my issue. I was also parked in a lot in the North End, which would have been very costly if I had to leave my vehicle there overnight. Whatever you pay him, you need to pay him more!!! More

So I blew a tire this afternoon so I decided to call Herb Chambers Cadillac of lynnfield which was the biggest mistake I've made. My Cadillac dealership is colonial Cadillac in Woburn. Herb Chambers is closer so I figured with the run flat I should just go there so before I went I called to make sure they have my pirelli p zero run flats and they did they quoted me about $320 for one tire. So I came up when I was on the phone I told them I'm in a rush I was on the road when this happened they said to me " it's just a tire it's not going to take long at all" after I got here and I gave them the vehicle the " not long at all " turns into an hour and a half. So they basically lied to me to get my business. I'm seriously debating walking out as we speak. This is the same dealership that completely disrespected me 3 years ago when I was in the market for my 2016 CTS. I drove the extra 15-20 miles to Woburn and colonial treated me right. That is why I bought my Cadillac CTS from Colonial Cadillac of Woburn. Have a blessed day More
Worked with Mike Anagnos who was very happy to approve my warranty repairs that included some discretionary cosmetic issues. I did have to bring the car back to have an improperly fitted interior panel gap warranty repairs that included some discretionary cosmetic issues. I have owned over 80 cars,5 trucks, and 11 motorcycles. I have seen the worst Service Managers, and I have seen very good Service Managers. Michael Anagnos is the best at what he does, hands down. Not many c have seen the worst Service Managers, and I have seen very good Service Managers. Michael Anagnos is the best at what he does, hands down. Not many customers understand, nor do they care about, the demands of a job like the Service Managers job. Service and price I think MIKE and the overall service is absolutely phenomenal but the price for parts and labor is we way too high. Then I was told my rear brake pads were going to be replaced. They kept the car a lengthy amount of time. I was told by both the valet that delivered it (with no invoice) and the Service Manager Mike A. that they were replaced. A second valet called him while in my residence to confirm. Only to find out later that the work was not done as stated. Blatant lie. I would never trust my car to be worked on there again if this is how they do business. More
