We buy new cars every 3-4 years. This is the BEST customer service we have ever had. They Have a hugh inventory to choose from so that you can get the best deal and, as in our case, have the car the customer service we have ever had. (We did not feel that we were treated with respect only for the sale of a car). Also, I have never seen the paperwork (financing included) go so smoothly and the finance person be so articulate about everything he did. It is a hugh dealership, yet, as we were leaving, anyone we had contact with during the negotiations thanked us as we left. It makes you WANT to buy a car. Thanks More

We were happy with the Woburn dealership but when we purchased our 2009 Caddy, used from another dealership other than a Cadillac dealer, we felt we were not being addressed properly until we brought it to Scott. He listened to us and saw to it that the warranty work was done. We have been dealing with Scott since 1989 and were happy when the Chevrolet Dealership brought Cadillac on board. We are now able to have both our vehicles serviced at the same place and know that Scott will see that the service will be done properly. More
