My wife and I were looking to lease for the first time, and trade in what was my current vehicle. I was greeted by Ted Bouchard. He was extremely friendly, and down to earth; yet professional, and genuine. and trade in what was my current vehicle. I was greeted by Ted Bouchard. He was extremely friendly, and down to earth; yet professional, and genuine. He immediately made me feel comfortable, he also was very knowledgeable and was not overly pushy, easily the best car salesman I've dealt with. We also had our two year old son with us which could've turned into a nightmare. But Ted was so great and patient and even gave my son ice cream and a teddy bear. I truly cant say enough about him, from the beginning to the end of the trip to the dealership. I also dealt with Frank Gambone, the sales manager while making a deal on the vehicle (2013 Cadillac ATS4). He was also very friendly and professional, and seemed to genuinely want to help my family get into a new Cadillac. Like any car dealership you go to, you have to work on numbers to get where you want to be and do a little back and fourth, but this was also done very fairly, and again, I felt as though both Ted and Frank were genuinely trying to get me where I wanted to be to get a car. Needless to say, we ended up getting a great deal on the vehicle, and they definitely gave me more than a fair price for my trade in. Finally, I met with Stephanie Killian to finalize the paperwork and the deal. She was outstanding with handling my son running around her office while she was trying to finish our paperwork, she got everything together for us very quickly and was extremely efficient at what she does. She was also a complete pleasure to deal with, and did exactly what we asked for. A final word on the floor staff, all of them greeted my family warmly and kind...and again, offered to help us with anything we needed even though they weren't the people involved in our purchase, great staff all around and great atmosphere, professional, down to earth people which is what the majority of people look for when purchasing a car. I'll conclude by saying this was by far the best experience my wife or I have ever had at any car dealership. I was completely impressed in every aspect and would highly recommend anyone looking for a Cadillac to not even bother with another dealership. You will not only get a good deal here, but more importantly a great overall experience. Top notch. More
My girlfriend recently purchased a "NEW" vehicle from this dealership. The reason I stress the word "NEW" is because we were having a little trouble getting things all wrapped up, and gettin vehicle from this dealership. We started to get a little frustrated with the process that probably was not the dealerships fault, but the fault of our Insurance Company. All of a sudden Jon Chiavelli the "Pre-Owned Vehicle Manager" as is states on his glass window heard what was going on, and came out of his office and introduced himself to us and said he overheard us having some difficulty and wanted to see if he could give us a hand. Jon with no "H" in his name was able to take control of the situation and handle it in a very professional matter, and had my girlfriend driving her brand new car in just a few minutes. I never really write about me experiences anywhere,but this act of professionalism deserved writing about. Instead of just acting like he did not hear what was going on he actually did something about it, and my girlfriend had a great experience because of it. Thanks More
Since the beginning of my search Herb Chambers starting with Ali, were right there answering all my questions, responding quickly and with no pressure. First day I met with my sales guy John who is down to earth and easy to talk with again no pressure who listens to what you want. He really wants to work with you and to make sure you are completely satisfied if not he will go out of his way to make sure you are. Also Bob my financial contact also was easy to work with and again wanted to make sure you were happy and when I had questions he quickly got back to me. I find most dealerships rarely call you after the sale or were this concerned with making sure you were happy with your purchase. This place is different and look forward to working with them in the future. More

'Purchased a new 2012 Cadillac SRX (luxury trim, no nav) in late July 2012, and couldn't be happier. Salesman Ted Bouchard was friendly and well-informed. He took tons of time on our two test drives showin in late July 2012, and couldn't be happier. Salesman Ted Bouchard was friendly and well-informed. He took tons of time on our two test drives showing us all the features of the car. He noted the human interface convenience of the "directions and connections" OnStar service that justified us eliminating navigation and reducing our purchase price. At pick-up time he introduced us to the service procedure (important to get a good service department since the car comes with 4 years of free maintenance), he spent an hour going through the car's features again, and he pre-registered us for the OnStar service and initiated their welcome phone call. He also handled the vehicle inspection and registration seamlessly in two days after the pick-up. Sales Manager Corey Upton was gregarious and has a great sense of humor; and we struck a great deal with minimal haggling (aided by the ability to leverage a $2000 manufacturer rebate). Business Manager Stephanie Killian handled the voluminous paperwork cleanly, and was able to get us a really low rate on the portion of the purchase price that we financed. I even like the fact that Herb Chambers himself visits each of his dealerships monthly; I think it really keeps them on their toes. All this good service wouldn't mean much if the car wasn't any good, but we are in love with the SRX. It drives better, looks sharper (inside and out), has more creature features, and is less expensive than the Lexus RX, Volvo XC60, and the Lincoln MKX to which we compared it. Based on our sales experience, I would absolutely recommend Herb Chambers Cadillac Danvers to anyone in the area. More
This place is a sham - run fro the hills. I purchased a used 2008 truck and when I looked at it it had 20 inch Denali wheels and tire - they gave me new tires because the right rear tire was worn out when used 2008 truck and when I looked at it it had 20 inch Denali wheels and tire - they gave me new tires because the right rear tire was worn out when I Picked up the truck theyhad taken off the wheels and put a poor quality wheel that was 18" . Who does this? I questioned it but they said and then when i said it was not they just changed subject. Everyone was helpFul when you were buying but it turned out to be lemon. It was in an accident- not disclosed. Then the radio lights didn't work. The final styrax was when it rai Ed inside the truck . I was done. They said they would find me another truck but the business manager Never bothered sending me anything. I went to another dealer and got rid of their junk truck. They are not to trusted More

I opened the internet at Herb Chambers and saw my car right there on the screen. Its a silver CTS with a sunroof,material roof. This car is as they say "sweet"! From the second he introduced himself, we saw a gentleman. Bobby was not pushy yet knowlegable of the Cadillac lines. We went right to it, and took it, for a short spin, around the area. Sweet and sporty not exactly for us old folks but what the hey...... you have to live it up as you get older! My hubby sat in the back and said it was a good ride and I drove it, as I am the main driver most of the time. There is only one major point here, we were so surpried to have such nice people to deal with all thru the process we never felt "pushed" and we both felt at ease thru the whole purchase. Ryan the head of service, did a few things we asked for and during the week we went away on vacation, all was done exactly as promised. Sticker and reg. all in order. Happiness for all! Cara came out and greeted us, she also printed out some papers I wanted to read about the car. Very lovely lady, great smile and happy attitude as well as all of the guys we spoke with. I truly look forward to going in for my first service visit and also any little things that need attention. Ryan promised he would take care of my car as well as it was his. I know he is telling me the truth. What was promised was certainly delivered...... We recommend Herb Chambers dealerships if this is the way you want to get treated then give them your buisness. I must admit I was a bit skeptical with the perfect 5 rating this dealer had received. However I must admit this doubt was quickly removed after my recent experience in leasing a 2011 CTS. It was one of the most enjoyable and seamless experiences I have been involved in purchasing/leasing a car. As with all transactions of this nature you deal with three levels of involvement; the salesman, the sales manager (The Closer) and the business office. In each case the person I dealt with was professional, honest and in my view very intuitive in understanding my needs and concerns. Corey Upton (Sales manger)actually made the negotiation fun, tempering the effort to close with a sense of humor and the ability to recognize the tipping point which could throw the negotiation off track. Once we agreed on a deal (Sal Merullo stepped in on Coreys day off) Josh DiPietro did a great job of covering the details of the lease agreement as well as the plate transfer and insurance change in a very efficient and thorough manner. Finally at the time of delivery my salesman Edison was painstaking in explaining every feature on the vehicle as well as setting up my OnStar acct. I was surprised he didn't put the car up on a lift to inspect the brake linings.I might add he did this on his day off, coming in to make sure the deal closed without any problems. This is the third time I have taken delivery of a vehicle in the past 11 years and by far the most thorough and detailed tutorial I have experienced. My previous two lasted an aggregate total of 10 minutes, if that. If you want a good car buying experience as well as a value for your money I strongly recommend this dealership. More
