Alisha did an excellent job of keeping me informed on the progress of my vehicle and ensuring that all my questions were answered. Do not trust their service department or just be prepared to open your wallet. We bought a beautiful, pre-owned car from Sudbury BMW and as it turns out, it had some issues. Trying to get them addressed ha to open your wallet. We bought a beautiful, pre-owned car from Sudbury BMW and as it turns out, it had some issues. Trying to get them addressed has been absolutely painful. They tried to say that we caused one clearly preexisting issue. When a second known service issue (well documented on the BMW website) arose with the model we had purchased, they told us they couldn't tell if our VIN number was part of the service issue until we brought it in. Once were were there, the service rep told me the VIN number was right in their computer all along, and they could't look at it without a minimum $200 diagnostic fee. Total scam just to get the car in there. We will be getting the car serviced elsewhere from here forward.
