Appointment was secured in a timely fashion. Text updates were great. Being able to have a loaner vehicle is icing on the cake. I needed the battery in my fob replaced and since I was driving by the dealership I decided to stop in and get one from the service department. After popping it open the service guy "informed" me that unf driving by the dealership I decided to stop in and get one from the service department. After popping it open the service guy "informed" me that unfortunately this was not a typical battery and he could switch it out for $20....I own being an idiot and saying yes... so in 10 seconds I had a new battery and I was out $20.. Well the other day the battery the 2nd for needed replacement and I decided to price it out on Amazon... wasn't I surprised when I learned I could get 5 batteries for $6.95! Same battery .. works perfectly.. SO NOT HAPPY...If this dealership rips you off for a $1.00 battery, I can't even imagine how they would rip you off for a pricey repair. No problem going somewhere else.... Lesson learned... enough said! More
