Chavin is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. He definitely gave me the impression that the customer comes first. I felt that he was on my side and was making all options transparent and had me sit in his office until I felt comfortable with my options and his explanations. He’s also just a decent person. And had great curtesy through out my visit. He actually walked me to my vehicle when it was driven around and opened my door for me. The car also had never been washed so well. I hope Chavin continues to move up in the organization at BMW Sudbury and takes on continued leadership positions. He made my experience yesterday. I left feeling content with the service option I chose and my overall experience. He added the human touch that is sometimes lacking in such visits. I hope to work with Chavin again. I went in for an oil change and for them to check the car over. My experience was great. The dealership is very clean and the staff is very professional. Another great experience with our service advisor, Nick and the service team at BMW of Sudbury. The car was experiencing a tire pressure monitor malfunction. I have been going there for years. The service advisor was inexperienced. Would not listen and kept talking over questions. Said I didn’t have a warranty when I clearly did.
