Very mixed experience. Dealing with Robert was great. He was responsive and knowledgeable in a non threatening way. We did not feel any pressure or rush. On the other hand, our interaction with Mackenzie was extremelly poor. Her answers to our questions were vague and incomplete, and she left important details out. She was stuborn to the point of being rude, and at some point got very emotional. We were very close to leaving and calling the deal off. Finally, we were told to wait 20-30 minutes for the car to be simonized and ended up waiting almost 2 hours. It was impossible to get information about the status of the car; nobody knew anything. We were there a total of 4 hours only to do the paperwork and get the car. Very, very frustrating. More
