Leased my first BMW after being a loyal Lexus owner for many years.. Bola was a pleasure to work with as our sales advisor. Very patient, kind, and informative, on the cars features. We picked up the car yesterday, was not pleased of the looks of the car as the windows were dirty, the dashboard screen had fingerprints, but the breaks/wheels had remained very dirty looking/rusty. Thought they would be cleaned when I picked up my first BMW, and stressed that especially the tire/wheels area need to be cleaned hope they aren't rusted. After all this is a new car. More
