I brought my X5 in for routine maintenance including an oil change. I had a tire that was losing air. The technician was able to identify the issue (nail). My key Fob is coming apart and Maurah was able to oil change. I had a tire that was losing air. The technician was able to identify the issue (nail). My key Fob is coming apart and Maurah was able to warranty it and order a replacement. Pedro from the Genius team assisted with reconfiguring my Apple Car Play. The other service that I like is the mini detail. The car is returned to you all clean, vacuumed and shiny !! More

George was great kept me informed throughout the process and wasn’t hounding me. Very honest even if he didn’t know something or have an answer he’d let me know just that and get the information for me. I w and wasn’t hounding me. It’s great but didn’t feel like everything ran as smooth like it has with my previous purchases of vehicles. I will say I did purchase right before a holiday (July 4) so that may have played a factor. Also car detail seemed rushed More
